Although I live in Kaneohe, Hawaii, I haven't come across a collection like yours and must try some of the recipes, such as Jack's biscuits, barbeque chicken and the fried tofu.<br /><br />Have you tried microwaving the pepperoni on paper towels for a minute to get it crispy, instead of frying?
