KALUA PORK WITH CABBAGE
- Chop up half or a whole cabbage, depending on how much Oven Kalua Pork you have leftover.
- Slice half to a whole onion.
- Heat up your wok or sauté pan on high.
- Add about 1 Tbsp. oil to the pan and stir fry the onions to a nice brown but not soft to bring out the flavor.
- Add the cabbage and season with ½ tsp. kosher salt and a pinch of white pepper.
- Add about ¼ cup of water and cook covered for a couple of minutes to soften cabbage.
- When the cabbage is half cooked, uncover the wok add about 1 Tbsp. soy sauce and a pinch of sugar
- Add the kalua pork and let cook uncovered until the cabbage is cooked to your liking.
- Serve over rice.
