Maangchi is a true blessing and generously shares and teaches us all how to cook authentic Korean in our home kitchens from scratch. This box was filled with the opposite, ready made foods or as she called it - Emergency Food. I am so excited to try them all!
Below is a video of Maangchi showing us how to enjoy our box. This was incredibly helpful considering most of the packages only had Korean writing on them. So the next time you are in the Asian grocery store and you see one of these ready made Korean meals, you will have a much better understanding (as do I) as to how to take them home and enjoy them.
