I was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and moved with my husband and three children to Oregon in 1994. My passion for life surrounds itself with food, family and friends. My main objective for cooking is to make it as fun and easy as possible so anyone can do it. Allowing each person the joy of being in the kitchen where they can find instant satisfaction at the end of each and every meal. Everything I make is easy and if it’s not meant to be easy I will figure out how to make it easy. Simple food is what warms our souls and brings our family and friends together.
